		<description>hey thomas iv decided to take a break from singing because my voice gets tired all the time now so i think it needs a few days without speech do you think thats the right thing to do. because if i talk for a little bit my voice starts getting hoarse and tired so thats a sign of damaging my voice right. WHat else would you recommend 

oh yeah i meant to ask you ages ago about the digastric muscles. When i pretend to speak words without actually using any speech just shaping the words with my mouth gently. My digastric muscles get a little tight is that normal cause i was thinking that maybe my problem is that my jaw is effecting my digastric muscles 

What does this sound like too you or is it everyone has this
